Fridge, washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher
A vetted repair technician, dispatched to your door.
Tell us what's broken and where you are. We match you with a licensed, insured technician from our network who covers your zip code — and you get an estimate before anyone touches the appliance.
Calls answered 24/7. Someone can be with you as soon as today in many areas, depending on when you call.

How it works
Three steps, one phone call.
We're a dispatch network, not a call center that sells your details on. Here's exactly what happens.
You tell us the symptom
Make, model if you have it, and what it's doing — or not doing. Thirty seconds on the phone is usually enough for us to know who to send.
We match and book
We check who covers your zip code, who's certified on your brand, and who has a slot. You get a name and an arrival window before you hang up.
You approve the price
The technician diagnoses on site and quotes you. Nothing proceeds until you say yes. If you'd rather not go ahead, you don't.
What we fix
Major household appliances, repaired or installed.
Why you can trust who turns up
Every technician clears the same four checks.
Anyone can call themselves an appliance guy. The value we add is refusing to send you one who hasn't proved they're legitimate — and telling you plainly what we checked and what we didn't.
Being straight with you
Appliance Repair Hub is a dispatch network. We don't employ the technicians — they are independent, locally-based contractors, and we're upfront about that because it's how nearly every nationwide appliance service actually works.
What we're responsible for is who gets into your home: the license check, the insurance check, the coverage match and the estimate-first rule. That's the part we control, so that's the part we'll be held to.
- State license verified
We check the license is current and valid in the state they'd be working in, not just that one exists somewhere.
- Liability insurance on file
Current certificate of insurance held on record. If something gets damaged, there's cover behind it.
- Genuinely covers your zip code
We only dispatch technicians who already work your area — not someone driving two hours and charging you for it.
- Estimate before work, every time
A condition of staying in the network. Diagnose, quote, get your approval — in that order.
Coverage
Technicians across most US zip codes.
Fastest way to know if we cover you is to call — the dispatch desk checks your zip against live technician availability while you're on the line.
Not listed? We almost certainly still cover you —call and we'll check your zip code.

Straight answers
Questions people actually ask us.
Are you the technicians, or do you send someone else?
We're the dispatch network. The technician who arrives is an independent local contractor from our network, vetted by us for license, insurance and coverage. We say this plainly because you'll find out anyway, and we'd rather you heard it from us.
What will it cost?
We can't quote a price over the phone honestly — nobody can, without seeing the appliance. What we can promise is the order of events: the technician diagnoses, gives you a firm price, and only starts work once you've approved it. If you don't like the number, you're free to decline.
How quickly can someone get to me?
In many areas someone can be with you the same day, depending on when you call. Availability depends on your zip code and how many technicians cover it — the dispatch desk will tell you a real window on the call rather than promise something we can't hold.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?
Rough guide: if the repair costs more than half the price of a comparable new unit and the appliance is past two-thirds of its expected life, replacing usually wins. Our technicians will tell you when replacing is the better call, even though there's no repair job in it for them.
Do you work weekends and evenings?
The dispatch desk is staffed 24/7. Technician availability outside standard hours varies by area, and some contractors charge more for out-of-hours service calls — you'll be told before anyone is booked, not after.
Which brands can you handle?
All the major manufacturers, including LG, Samsung, Bosch, Whirlpool, GE, Miele, Maytag, KitchenAid and Frigidaire. Tell us the make and model on the call and we'll match you to a technician who works on that brand rather than one who'll be learning on your machine.
Broken appliance? Let's get someone out.
One call gets you a vetted technician, an arrival window and an estimate before any work starts.
